Raul Martin Chapa Treviño, doing business under the trade name "Innbuilder", based in Monterrey, Nuevo León, México, is the data controller for personal data collected through innbuilder.com, under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP). Where applicable, we also honor GDPR and CCPA principles. For any matter regarding your personal data you can reach us at privacy@innbuilder.com.
Data we collect
Contact form: name, email, company (optional), service of interest and language, together with your message. If you consented to analytics, also an anonymous visitor identifier and visit-origin data (UTM, referrer, page).
Site analytics (only with your consent): anonymous navigation events — page views, sections read, clicks and scroll depth — tied to a random identifier that expires after at most 13 months. We never store your IP address in the clear; only an irreversible hash for security purposes.
Purposes
Primary: responding to your contact request, following up commercially on your interest, and coordinating calls or proposals.
Secondary: measuring aggregate site usage to improve its content. This purpose depends solely on your consent in the cookie banner and you can decline it without affecting your use of the site.
Transfers and processors
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes. We use infrastructure providers acting as processors: Amazon Web Services (hosting, USA) and Resend (transactional email, USA). These providers process data only on our instructions.
Your rights (ARCO)
You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Objection, and revoke consent, by writing to privacy@innbuilder.com. We respond within 20 business days (30 days where GDPR applies). Include your name, a contact method, and a clear description of the data concerned.
Retention
Contact data is kept while an active or potential business relationship exists and deleted on request. Raw analytics events are automatically deleted after 180 days; only statistical aggregates without identifiers are retained.
Changes to this notice
Any change to this notice will be published on this page with its update date. Continued use of the site after a change implies awareness of the current notice.
